Name of the application will be FLY WELL

This application will have a login page, where registered users can log in and a registration link for the pilots to register, and this helps us keep a record of users recent flights, total flight time, distance, locations, pilot license details. once the user logs in user will be able to look for available locations the pilot can fly to, then it will have a flight planner for the user where user can input flight date and time and location and pilot details for the database. once selected user will have an option to make reservations at the hotel at the destination location and transportation reservations. if the user also gets information on weather conditions if the weather is fine it will go ahead with booking of not the application suggests an alternate plan for the flight.

The project manager will be responsible for creating and communicating a project plan, schedule, and budget, Assigning tasks and deadlines, Providing status reports.

UX (User Experience) Designer will be responsible for the smooth running of the application in respect to ease of use and the user interrace, The UX designer will help in creating easy, efficient, relevant and all-round pleasant experiences for the user. also responsible to help create the website logo and design.

Front-end Developer will be responsible for all the front end codes , ensure the layout is easily accessible from different devices, ensure the app wors perfect in all browsers, optimizing web page speed , and Validating, documenting and testing code to conform to web standards.

Back-end Developer will be responsible for all the user database, to store user details, manage and store user credentials and information securely, api integrations, Security settings and hack prevents, responsible to create a backup of webpages database in case of accidental erasure of database.

Content Writer: the content writer will be responsible for advertising the application to the right audience, make sure that there are enough pilots to check the applications easy access and usage and user interface and make sure it is the right product that they are lacking, responsible for Search engine optimization to make sure our website/app is optimized for users search to increase website visits and improve revenue, responsible for social media advertising and written content for all types of marketing.
