Social media marketing would be the most efficient marketing channel considering the low budget and since social marketing would be one of the cheapest yet very effective because social media is a part of everyone’s day to day life and one will not complete a day without checking his/her social media accounts and posting our add about Hopper’s cake in social media, it would be easier to target users on the basis of special occasions like birthday, anniversaries etc. it would be the most efficient way because social media marketing also integrates with mobile marketing, everyone who has a social media would for sure use a smartphone to check their daily posts where the add can again be of a very efficient use where hoppers cake will not have to pay more for the advertising as it is covered in the social media marketing, it would be the same advertisement displayed on a mobile phones social accounts.
The second efficient way would be mobile marketing where mobile phones are in everyone’s day to day life when compared to a computer the usage of mobile phones is more than that of a computer but advertising would be a little more expensive than social media marketing since many uses a mobile device displaying the add means increasing the awareness of the website and considering the fact that hoppers cake does have a mobile application too. Thirdly we can use Search Engine optimization marketing where we can improve the overall search optimizations and to improve the website contents and improve the overall traffic to the website when there is more traffic coming into the website there is more business.
Display marketing would be fourth on the list as it is slightly expensive to target an add to specific audience with specific interest and not many will be much interested in the displayed poster though it is registered in their minds whether they want it or not, and finally pay per click advertisement would be the most expensive one as we are unsure if the add will generate an income as hoppers cake will have to pay per click even though the add/click is converted to a sale or not, hence this would not be such an efficient way of marketting.
In conclusion social media marketing would be the most efficient in terms of cost, reachability to more users and to improve business and improve brand awareness.
