In terms of the cognitive load this website (https://learndigital.dev/programs/)  has neem designed well, it is grouped in a systematic order where it shows what exactly the website contents are and grouped accordingly. The website is neatly organised without any large information instead it is designed through understandable headings. the contents of the website are in a hierarchy wherein the start of the website shows the logo and the contents further down it shows the benefits then it shows the course and its contents with the length of the program, the website has used anchors well, where the user need not read the entire page, instead he could simply jump into the topic he is looking for. there are not many distractions on the website except for the information that has to be conveyed. also, the visual structure is properly made which helps the reader to predict what next would be on the page as the reader scroll. since all the required information is available for every heading the reader need not perform a cross-verification hence this website does meet the cognitive load.

This website has used an understandable and predictive structure making it easy for readers to go through the website, as we go through the website we can also see that all the words used are easier to read also have used shorter words. there are no idioms used throughout the website which makes it understandable by almost everyone. also we can see that there is no jargons or abbreviations used which makes it easy for a first-time reader to understand what exactly is being communicated. only a few homonyms and heteronyms are used where ever it really cannot be avoided. Since English is the only language used it is readable by all English readers there is no mixup with other languages which makes it hard to understand. Explanations for any terms are provided where ever it is needed and it has been summarised well for the reader.

The websites have used lots of eye-catching colours, there are no vibrating colours making it hard for a readers eye to digest the colour combination. Almost all colours that are used are bright and the strokes are properly given for a few smaller tables/windows hence meeting colour standards.

The website is very well readable as the font used according to the situation bigger ones for headings and smaller ones for the rest, the spacing between every letter is evenly done, every content has a wider aperture, the height of an upper case letter is more than that of a lower case which is easy for readers, all the words are aligned well in a uniformed manner. not much upper case is used,  headings have been given bold font making it seem like a heading so the user can understand what the content is about without reading the whole content. None of the important texts has images as backgrounds which is good. hence it meets typography standards.

In terms of Accessibility challenges, I would rate this website (https://learndigital.dev/programs/)  minor because it has a really good design, a good colour contrast, good typography and meets all standards but it would still be a challenge for a blind person to understand the contents of the webpage.
