Teams application is a collaborative tool that is included in Office 365 package by Microsoft. Teams is an instant messaging service that operates on a website, application the same is also available on mobile devices, this allows the team to be in touch with each other. Teams also coordinate with outlook and calendars hence making it easy to arrange meetings. Teams allow users to create channels and teams within the application. Teams interact with SharePoint hence making it easy to share files and store them. Teams also allow audio conferencing, video calls and screen sharing making it really easy for us to communicate and pass information among us.
2.Document Sharing: OneDrive
OneDrive is another collaborative tool included in the Office 365 package by Microsoft. One drive allows us to store any kind of documents or files and since it is stored in the cloud we can access it from anywhere especially when we are working from home, since the storage is cloud-based it reduces the cost of adding storage devices. Since OneDrive is associated with the office 365 package, using OneDrive we can also provide access to another user if in case he requires access to the files in a particular folder. Since it is hosted by Microsoft the servers are really faster which are the essentials when working especially since we are working from home.
3.Version control: GIT
Git is a version control tool that allows us to save all the built versions of any file that we create, one of the best things that we can benefit from using GIT is because of its branching capabilities, this means that unlike other version controls, GIT branches are easy to merge and cheap, it also got a quicker release cycle, GIT would be a really useful version control for us to be very productive and spend less time in checking for versions of files.
4.Prototyping: Sketch
Sketch is a prototyping tool that allows our UI/UX designers Create, prototype, collaborate, and bring our ideas to life with the design platform used by many from freelancers to the worlds best teams. This tool is used to design UI/UX for web and mobile applications development, the designs created in sketch is saved as .sketch files which can again be opened through Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and other programs which makes it easy for our UI/UX team to be creative and productive at the same time.
5.Time Tracking: Sapience Analytics
Sapience Analytics is a tool that allows us to be very productive and helps manage time and also records work activity analytics, Insights. Sapience is a really useful tool for both employee and employer where an employer can analyse how much time we are spending on a particularly given work and also record our presence in work. one of the best features of this tool is that it not only records our productivity but also provides productivity solution.
6.Project management: Trello
Trello is one of the best project management tools which allows our project managers/Technical Team Lead to manage a piece of work/project and distribute it evenly among the employees, it allows us to manage projects, organize tasks, and build team spirit among us. it also allows us to create meetings, set up workflows and helps in goalsetting. this tool also integrates with other tools like OneDrive, Teams and making it easy for our meetings and deliverables.
7.Code testing: Selenium
selenium is an open-source tool that provides testing for scripts in languages like Ruby, Java, NodeJS, PHP, Perl, Python, and C# and many more. it would be one of the best tools our developers can use to test their code.
8.Digital Marketing Analytics: mixpanel
Mixpanel is a marketing analytics tool that can be used by our Digital Marketing Specialist to effectively track events on our websites, and it helps to track actions that users are performing on your site or mobile app (both Android and iOS). one of the main features that will help our marketing specialist is that they have funnels/filters used to test the sessions of the users and also viewing trends of selected events among other users trends, it allows us to focus on a specific action to track and focus on which would be really helpful in our digital marketing sector.

There is no installation of any applications for this tool, it is simply a web-based tool which indeed is a very useful tool to make sure our website is performing well. Dareboost continuously analyze our web pages to detect quality and loading time issues, it would really be useful for our team so our website perform well and make our users cheerful about the quick response time of our website.
